The measure, known as the "conscience clause" bill, also seeks to protect doctors and others from professional and legal repercussions for refusing to grant a patient's or family's wishes to withhold food and water for terminally ill patients. This bill also says that doctors cannot be held liable for refusing to perform abortions or for refusing to do just about anything that has to do with fetal tissue.
The next thing you know we'll be seeing the "chastity belt bill" being introduced - my guess would be Texas.
